The long wait is finally over—Mimicry is now obtainable, and it arrives alongside big changes for Vergil, a brand-new boss encounter, and some extra content to keep the grind going. Here’s everything you need to know.

How to Obtain Mimicry
To unlock Mimicry, you’ll need to acquire Red Mist’s Page. This is only available through the Kali boss fight:
Burning Books
You must first burn the special book with a 15% success rate.
These books drop from Kali.
Reception Chance
Sending an invite has a 50/50 chance of leading you to The Red Mist’s Reception or The Black Silence’s Reception.
Boss Fight – Kali (The Red Mist)
HP: 750 total.
Phases: Triggers at 625, 500, and 350 HP.
Last phase activates her EGO.
Emotion Level increases are tied to each phase.
One-shot rule: if you die, you’re sent back to the main game.
Drop Chance: (100 ÷ (Players ÷ 5))% chance, with a minimum of 50% and max of 100%. Everyone in the fight receives the book if it drops.
No Team Killing during the fight.
Once you have Red Mist’s Page, you can manifest Mimicry.
Mimicry Moveset
Mimicry’s kit focuses on slashes, ragdoll extension, and brutal EGO finishers:
- E – Spear (12.5s CD)
Three-hit combo, ending with a ground smash that forces enemies back. - R – Level Slash (17.5s CD)
Two slashes that cause bleed. First slash bypasses block, second hits ground. - T – Onrush (20s CD)
Dash attack ending in a strong ground slash. - Y – Upstanding Slash (20s CD)
Two blunt slashes that extend ragdoll duration, both hit the ground. - X – Focus Spirit (15s CD)
Counter ability. If triggered, it damages the enemy and grants extra I-Frame Armor. - V – Greater Split: Vertical (35s CD)
Grab attack with a vertical cut. Can also hit ground. - H – Greater Split: Horizontal (180s CD, EGO-locked)
A massive horizontal slash launching enemies. - C – Manifest E.G.O
Available at Emotion Level 3.- 1.25x damage boost.
- Incoming damage reduced by 1.5x.
Vergil Return & Changes
Vergil is also back, but with a new obtainment method:
- Talk to the Ult NPC in the shack near Lavs Cafe.
- Vinyl Gamble – 1% chance to roll a Vinyl.
- Use Vinyl on any item to progress the quest.
- Deal 125k damage (nerfed from 200k).
- Take 20k damage (nerfed from 50k).
New Vergil Skin
- EvilVergil (Yuta on Vergil)
- Custom VFX included.
- SFX coming soon.
