New Talent System
The biggest addition is the Talent System, which lets you customize and enhance your chosen class.
- What are Talents?
- Talents are extra perks borrowed from other classes.
- Cost 60 gems to unlock a random perk.
- You can reroll talents if you want a different one.
This system allows you to mix abilities from multiple classes, making your playstyle more flexible and powerful.
New Classes
Four brand-new classes were added, each with unique mechanics:
1. Support
- Starts with a bandage.
- Bonds with another player at the beginning of the game.
- Absorbs damage for the bonded teammate.
- Deals more damage when close together.
- Shares food: Support eats 80%, bonded player gets 20%.
- Bond beam stays visible across any distance.
2. Gambler
- 50/50 chance to upgrade or downgrade a chest on opening.
- At Level 2 → 60/40 chance (better odds).
- At Level 3 → +10% chance for chests to also drop coins.
3. Chef
- Comes with a Chef Station blueprint and a Recipe Book.
- Can cook new, powerful recipes that boost stats.
- All dishes are automatically seasoned for extra bonuses.
- Unlocks new recipes at higher levels.
4. Big Game Hunter
- Equipped with rifles and ammo.
- Can consume animal pelts for permanent stat boosts.
- Higher pelt drop rate than other classes.
- Can infinitely consume Mammoth Tusks to permanently gain health.
New Weekly Quests
The update added four limited-time quests:
- Build 150 structures
- Collect 50 pelt drops
- Cook 50 croc pots / Chef Station dishes
- Kill 50 enemies near a teammate
These quests tie directly into the new classes, encouraging players to experiment with Support, Chef, and Hunter.
New Furniture & Food
- Two limited-time furniture items (available only this week).
- New food items that can be cooked through the Chef class for powerful buffs.
Extra Details
- The update launched with a special cutscene showing diamonds being discovered and shared.
- Currently, it’s also a double gem weekend, making it easier to save up for talents and rerolls.
